Destinations and rates

We ship to destinations available at checkout. Standard US shipping is $9 per order. International shipping is $50 per order where offered. The final shipping options and charges displayed at checkout apply.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, carrier disruptions, and customs processing may affect delivery. Contact us before purchasing if your order is time-sensitive.

Tracking

We send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your parcel.

International duties and taxes

Where supported, import duties and taxes are collected at checkout. Any import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. Customs clearance may affect delivery timing.

Changes and delivery issues

Check your shipping address before ordering. For address corrections, delayed or missing parcels, or damaged deliveries, contact customer@shopgrumplets.com promptly. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under our standard return policy. Any return-shipping fee will be disclosed during the return process. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
