Grumplets, Inc. operates shopgrumplets.com, an online-only children’s footwear store based in Texas. Our store is hosted by Shopify. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our store.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or shop with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You may not use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, or interference with its operation.

Products and sizing

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Size conversions, measurements, and age estimates are approximate; fit varies by brand and style. Consult the relevant size guide and product fit notes, or contact customer@shopgrumplets.com for help.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to payment authorization and availability. Shipping charges and applicable taxes and duties are displayed at checkout where calculated. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. If an item becomes unavailable or an order contains a material pricing error, we will contact you to resolve it. Canceled items will be refunded.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy apply to purchases. Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused shoes in original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending a return.

For cancellation or order changes, contact us promptly. Changes depend on fulfillment status and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Website content and privacy

Grumplets’ original photography, copy, and branding may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party brands retain their own rights. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates will be posted with a revised date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
